BillsZilla provides a free, browser-based invoice, quote, receipt, and proforma invoice generator. No account is required and no fees are charged for the generator itself.
Documents you create with BillsZilla are generated locally on your device. You are responsible for their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the tax and business laws that apply to you. BillsZilla does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice — the GST/VAT calculations are a convenience feature, not professional guidance.
We do not store your documents on any server. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or change devices, saved drafts and history cannot be recovered by us. Keep your own backups of important documents (e.g., the downloaded PDFs).
You agree not to use BillsZilla to create fraudulent documents, misrepresent amounts owed, or violate any law. We may block abusive automated access that degrades the service for others.
BillsZilla is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service — including lost documents, calculation errors, or business decisions made from generated documents. Always double-check totals before sending.
We may update these terms; the date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
BillsZilla may recommend third-party products (such as accounting software) and earn a commission if you purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you.
